    1. Being COPPA doesn't have anything to do with it. COPPA just means you're under 13. EVERY single even non-COPPA person has to have posted on the forum before they can read/send private messages. On the forum you have to go the section you want to post on, click "New Topic", you type your post, press submit, and hey presto, you can go and send messages! :b

    3. When you first registered did you put your actually Birthday? Because if pu had u would've become CoPPA. When I look at your profile it says registered users. If you look at my profile it's says registered COPPA users

    5. Oh, and I have an idea of how you can make a new account. Make one which isn't COPPA, trade your stuff over, and then email Chicken Smoothie HQ to delete your old one? That way, you'll only have one. By the way, I might change my CS username to Rainy Spirit of The Silver Dawn. What do you think?
