I thought, as there are pet contests in real life, why not have one on the blog? So, what you have to do is to write an essay on your real-life pet, if you have one, telling me about its species, its appearance, its personality, its relationship with you, and its naughtiest and cutest habits. You also have to take a photo of your pet and include it in the essay.

- Don't just make everything up to make it seem interesting!
- It must be your own work.
- Your photograph must *not* be edited!
- All forms of pet are allowed - dogs, cats, sheep, rats, tortoises, fish, anything!
- You must post the advertisement banner (below) on your blog.
This is the advertisement banner which you have to post on your blog to advertise the contest:
MY JUDGING CRITERIA
- How good your writing is. Grammar, spelling, punctuation - as well as creativity and use of interesting words!
- How good your photograph is. Sharpness, lighting, angle - as well as position and just sort of interestingness.
- How interesting your pet is! By this, I mean how it looks, what sort of animal it is, cuteness (the photo makes a big difference for this), and its funny habits.
PRIZES
If the winner is on Howrse, they will receive...a male unicorn with a GA and a female donkey with all its coverings!
If the winner is on Animal Jam, they will receive...a wood floor item, a Cami's frog item, and an RC car item!
If the winner is on Chicken Smoothie, they will receive...a highly sought-after 2009 "Redtail" rare tortoiseshell Warrior/sitting Cat!
If the winner is on several of those websites, they can choose which of the prizes they get.

Hallowe'en Banner Contest
This October is the one year anniversary of this blog! To celebrate, I had a Hallowe'en Banner Contest, won by Kinyonga and Jokopaka! When does the contest end?
ReplyDelete3 weeks before Hallowe'en...*does calculation* which is the 10th of October unless I am mistaken. Let's say that no more entries will be allowed after 10pm French Time on the 9th, and the entries will be judged on the 10th. :)

he is a sweet,kind,adorable tomcat! i think he is the best! he purrs,rubs against me,and suprisingly gets along with the dog.he even caught a seagull once! that is why casper is the best pet, because he is sweet and kind to eeryone.
